Building Stewardship:  Involvement

With the relationships built through effective two-way communications, you are in a position to inspire greater involvement on the part of your parishioners.

Understanding the issues involved, able to read and reflect and share insights and comments with you, they can discern how their gifts can help build the Kingdom of God and be empowered to take on new ministry.

Have you ever had someone get involved without understanding what the need was, or  without knowing someone already involved? Certainly this rarely happens. It is part of the mystery of the Church that the Spirit works within our understanding and our relationships with another to fill us with the power needed to build the church.

Informed, included and inspired to involvement, your parish community becomes a community of stewards.
