Craig B. Gibson is the founder and president of
Parish Growth Partners. He brings to PGP an extensive
community-building and leadership background with senior
management experience in financial services, health care and
academic major gift fundraising. More recently he served as a
director for a Catholic stewardship consulting firm.
On the Archdiocesan level in Boston, Craig and his wife, Nancy,
serve as North Region Co-Chairs for the 2005 Annual Catholic
Appeal. He also serves on the Archdiocesan Advisory Committee
for Parish Stewardship, and is a Trustee for The Catholic
Foundation. He is a member of the Little Sisters of the Poor
advisory board. He is an active member of the International
Catholic Stewardship Council (ICSC). In addition, Craig is
enrolled in the Master of Arts in Ministry program at St. John’s
Seminary and serves as a student chaplain at Winchester
Hospital.
At the local parish level, Craig established and chairs the
Stewardship Committee at St. Mary’s Church in Winchester, and
also started the St. Mary’s Catholic Men’s Fellowship ministry.
Craig recently co-chaired the “Promise for Tomorrow” Capital
Campaign for St. Mary’s. St. Mary’s was the top performing
parish in Block V. Craig and his wife, Nancy,
served as directors of the Marriage Preparation Program for five
years, and they currently team teach one of the second grade
religious education classes at St. Mary’s to prepare students
for their First Holy Communion.
Within the greater Boston community, Craig is a past trustee at
the Buckingham Browne & Nichols School in Cambridge and a past
trustee at Babson College. In addition, Craig is the former
president of the Boston Center for International Visitors, an
international affairs organization which recently merged with
the World Affairs Council. He serves as trustee at the Griffin
Museum and as a corporation member for the Mt. Vernon House both
located in Winchester.
Craig and Nancy live in Winchester with their three children.
